The Charleston Place Covid Policy

The health and safety of our guests, neighbors and family members is our top priority. With that in mind, you can anticipate a range of procedures and enhanced cleaning protocols while staying with us. We encourage guests to review both state and local guidelines before traveling. More information on our safety measures and increased sanitation protocols can be found below.

We ask that guests and staff members who are not feeling well or are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 refrain from entering the hotel.

Hand sanitizing dispensers have been placed throughout the hotel for personal use as well as complimentary personalized hand sanitizers in rooms. Guests may opt-out of daily housekeeping service by placing their Do Not Disturb sign on their guest room door.  Self-parking is also available for any guest who would like to forgo valet. Room service delivery remains contactless.

Enhanced cleaning processes are in place throughout the hotel, in the public spaces and guest rooms. Housekeeping follows enhanced cleaning protocols with twice daily housekeeping service. The Valet team will use disinfecting wipes to clean the bicycles between each guest’s use. The Transportation team will disinfect house cars and vans daily.
