CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note, our cancellation policy varies based on seasonality and package booked. It will be listed accordingly in the booking engine and in your confirmation email. To cancel or modify your reservation, please call 800-611-5545.
DEPOSIT:
No deposit is required, a credit card to guarantee
PET POLICY:
Pets of all shapes and sizes are welcome at The Charleston Place. Please let our reservations team know if you plan on bringing your furry friend so we can ensure that they are well taken care of. Pets are not permitted in the restaurants and bars, and left unattended in the guest rooms. Pet sitting contact information is available through the concierge.
ROLLAWAY BEDS:
Rollaway beds are available (based upon availability)
THIRD/FOURTH PERSON FEE (21 and up): $50 per person, per night
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE: One-night room and tax penalty
NO SHOW:
Full cost of stay applies as a penalty
TAXES:
Room tax effective May 1, 2020: 14% room tax, $2.28 city destination fee per night
GROUP BOOKINGS:
Ten or more rooms are considered a group and should be directed to the sales department at sales@charlestonplace.com
TRANSPORTATION:
The hotel can arrange private car pickup with signage, please contact us directly for more information. Private airport transfers are available for up to 6 guests for $160
PARKING:
The Charleston Place offers valet parking only. Valet parking is $56 per night. During the Reimagination of The Charleston Place, our Tesla and Universal chargers will not be available for use. For non-valet, a City of Charleston parking garage is located adjacent to the hotel, accessible from the hotel’s Meeting and Hasell Street entrances.
