The Charleston Place has begun its multi-phased reimagination with minor exterior enhancements, including polishing the building’s brick facade, replacing broken shutters and installing new awnings on the ground level. Beginning in late May 2024, the second floor banquet and event spaces will close for a complete redesign, with estimated completion in September 2024.
